"Johnnie Greene, chief operating officer for Atlantic Logistics, Jacksonville Florida, agrees that the red-hot pace of bookings seen during the first half is cooling. That will come as good news for customers who wish to secure truckload carrier services at lower rates... 'We worked with metals companies since the beginning,' Greene says. 'We ship a lot of imported rebar and coils all over the country. We also haul for just about all of the domestic manufacturers of steel and aluminum coils and rebar.'"
