Atlantic Logistics Welcomes Grant Sweeting

Atlantic Logistics is pleased to announce the addition of Grant Sweeting as Controller for the company.

"I'm excited to be joining the Atlantic Logistics team," said Sweeting, "the people and the culture being built are second to none."

Sweeting brings vast experience to the role, having worked at KPMG, PSS World Medical, and CSX Transportation. His most recent stop was at Acosta Sales and Marketing where he led the Revenue Accounting Team.

"My team consisted of 2 staff accountants, 10 financial analysts, and 2 managers that oversaw the monthly financial close process for all accounts receivable and revenue.  I was charged with managing the compilation and review of the monthly financial reporting package for the $1B Brokerage agency/Sales Segment."

CEO Rob Hooper hailed Sweeting's arrival, "Having Grant come onboard is the next step in our evolution as a company. We're forecasting another record year, and Grant will make sure we'll manage that growth wisely."

Sweeting agrees with Hooper's assessment, "The company has a proven track record of steady growth and the future is looking bright," he said. "I'm looking forward to being able to play a part in that."
