Atlantic Cares Returns to The Ark Wildlife Care and Sanctuary

Back in December Our Team member Teresa spent time volunteering at The Ark Wildlife Rescue and Sanctuary helping with the animals. Just recently Teresa shared the experience with friends.

This is the Photo Essay from their adventure.

Weston Greene investigates an Otter.

Cheryle Lackowski of All Florida Trucking came along and fed a fawn!

Mila Lackowski took some time at the farm to feed a fawn as well.

Cailah Greene and her son Weston enjoyed time feeding a fawn.

Our Teresa Peterson said hello to Porkchop, one of the stars of the sanctuary. "He is normally in the yard running around, he thinks he is a dog.  Now, he has to stay in the pen because his tusk has gotten too big."

After spending time visiting and feeding the animals, the volunteers spent time doing the hard work. They went on to clean several animal pens, and placing them in storage containers as well as cleaning many deer stalls.

Teresa works hard cleaning animal pens.
