‍

At Atlantic Logistics, great logistics starts with great people.

Every day, our team works behind the scenes to solve problems, support customers, move freight and keep our operation running smoothly. This year, three employees stood out for the way they consistently demonstrate the dedication, initiative and teamwork that make Atlantic Logistics what it is.

We are proud to recognize Tim Renfrow, Shuntesa Larkin and Kati Callahan as our 2026 Employee Excellence Award winners.

Each has made an impact in a different way, but they share something important: they don't simply do their jobs. They look for ways to make things better.

Tim Renfrow | Manager Category

‍

‍

Tim Renfrow is being recognized for his exceptional leadership, dedication and commitment to building and developing Atlantic Logistics' LTL Services team.

Taking on the responsibility of building a new LTL team from the ground up was no small task. It meant developing new processes, navigating obstacles, solving problems and working through the inevitable challenges that come with building something new.

Tim embraced the challenge.

Rather than allowing setbacks to slow him down, he continued moving forward with perseverance, accountability and a willingness to learn. Hehas worked to establish a strong foundation for the LTL operation while also investing in the people who make up his team.

For Tim, leadership goes beyond numbers and performance metrics. He has made it a priority to develop his employees, support his team, serve customers and find ways to improve the operation.

Building something new requires vision, patience and adaptability. Tim has demonstrated all three while taking on a significant responsibility and continuing to push forward, even when the path hasn't always been easy.

His recognition is about more than what he has accomplished. It's about how he has accomplished it.

Tim has shown that success isn't defined by the absence of obstacles, but by the determination to overcome them. His hard work, long hours and commitment to his team have made a meaningful impact on Atlantic Logistics.

Congratulations, Tim, and thank you for your leadership and for believing in what our LTL team can accomplish.

Kati Callahan's Atlantic Logistics story is one of growth, determination and consistently stepping up when her team needs her.

Kati began her career with Atlantic as a Logistics Assistant, taking the time to learn the business, understand our customers and build the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the logistics industry.

Through hard work and a commitment to learning, she earned a promotion to Logistics Specialist.

And she hasn't looked back.

Since taking on greater responsibilities, Kati has continued to challenge herself and grow. She's the kind of teammate who can be counted on when something needs to get done.

Whether she's helping a coworker, taking care of a customer, solving a problem or doing whatever is necessary to keep an operation moving, Kati steps up.

One example of that dedication is her willingness to volunteer her personal time to support the team. Kati has worked Saturdays to help cover after-hours staffing, helping ensure that Atlantic customers continue to receive the level of service they expect.

That's the kind of commitment that doesn't go unnoticed.

Kati represents so many of the qualities we value atAtlantic Logistics: hard work, dependability, initiative, teamwork and awillingness to step up when others need her.
